Introduction
Options traders use various standard and novel options strategies to generate profit or regular income. One of the handicaps in using these option strategies is the lack of research to validate if the strategies work or have worked previously. Another difficulty faced by options traders is to find new options strategies that will keep up with changing market conditions, ranging from sideways markets to highly volatile markets.
In this webinar, I will present the process of finding existing or novel patterns of options strategies in a scientific manner that prove to be profitable repeatedly. And then validate these patterns logically, refine and repeat the process to find which options strategies work using back-testing. I will also discuss the pitfalls & risks that might be associated with the discovered patterns using several example cases.
