In this insightful Face2Face conversation, Vivek Bajaj speaks with Anand Kejriwal about how artificial intelligence is transforming the way businesses operate. Anand explains that AI is no longer just a productivity tool—it enables entrepreneurs to build software and business systems tailored to their unique workflows instead of forcing operations to fit standard ERP solutions.

He emphasizes that business clarity is far more important than coding skills. If you can clearly explain your processes, challenges, and objectives, AI can help design workflows, automate operations, and even suggest better solutions than you initially imagined. Rather than obsessing over writing perfect prompts, entrepreneurs should focus on having natural conversations with AI and defining problems clearly. The discussion also highlights the importance of building process-driven organizations instead of people-dependent ones, where knowledge is documented and preserved through AI-powered systems.

Businesses should continuously improve their software by incorporating employee feedback and testing systems from the perspective of every stakeholder before deployment. Anand also stresses that high-quality business data, documents, and rules significantly improve AI outputs. Finally, he concludes that the most valuable skill in the AI era is system thinking—the ability to identify business problems, design efficient processes, and leverage AI to create scalable, intelligent, and accountable business solutions without requiring deep technical expertise.
