Introduction

Do you realize that Relative Strength can help us trade stronger stocks? Yes! You heard correctly. Relative Strength is a momentum strategy that assists us in identifying strong stocks to trade to the Index. Traders will use Relative Strength to identify companies that have outperformed their peers or the Index by rising more or falling less than the peer's or Index. Relative Strength assists us in predicting whether the current stock market trends will last long enough for us to earn a profit. However, traders should know that the Relative Strength Index is different. This webinar focuses on using Relative Strength Comparison to gauge the performance of each sector and stock. Once that is done, it gives a clear picture of the concept of sectoral rotation. With the help of the relative strength strategy, one can do sectoral allocation.

Objective of the Webinar

Attendees will learn how to compare the performance of various sectors and their respective stocks on a periodical basis. Once they learn to do that with the help of concepts shared in this webinar, they will be able to pre-empt the sector, and stocks are likely to move around and lead the gains in the overall market. The same goes on the other side, and the attendee can judge which section of the market is getting weaker when the markets are about to reverse down.
